What StratfordWin is, and is not
StratfordWin is an independent editorial publication that keeps an engineering-note logbook on UK Gambling Commission-licensed wagering operators. It is not itself a regulated operator, does not accept stakes, and never holds reader money. The publication is intended for adult British readers aged 18 or over.
Adult-only access
By accessing StratfordWin the reader confirms they are 18 years of age or over and resident in a jurisdiction where the publication’s content does not contravene local law. The desk uses a soft age-gate prompt on first visit and reserves the right to add stronger checks if local regulation calls for it.
How the publication pays the editorial costs
Every “Visit” control on the bench is a sponsored anchor; when a reader follows one and opens an account, the operator pays a referral fee under its public affiliate programme. The fee funds the editorial budget. Yard position is fixed by the documented build specification and never adjusted to the commission rate.
The operators’ own terms still apply
StratfordWin is an editorial third party. The contractual relationship in a wagering transaction is between the reader and the operator they choose; it is governed by the operator’s own terms and conditions and by the UKGC Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice. Always read each operator’s own paperwork in full before opting in — wagering, expiry, country-restriction and time-limit conditions vary across the bench.
Reviews are opinion
Entries on the StratfordWin bench are editorial opinion based on the desk’s documented measurement runs. They are not financial, legal or tax advice. The publication does not guarantee outcomes, payouts or specific wagering returns. Liability for editorial opinion is excluded to the maximum permitted by United Kingdom consumer law.
Intellectual property
The site’s editorial copy, logos, photographs (excluding the brand and regulator logos, which remain the property of their respective owners) and the bespoke engineering-note layout are the intellectual property of StratfordWin. Excerpts can be quoted for non-commercial review and journalism under the usual fair-dealing exceptions; re-publication of full pages requires written permission via the signal-flag desk.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This charter is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from use of the publication are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Updates to this charter
